This Fujifilm and the Panasonic ZS3 are probably the best products in this market segment. However, the Panasonic costs 1/3 more as it has a Leica lens. The Fujifilm bundle offers an incredible value with picture quality comparable to the ZS3, and it's even superior to the ZS3 under low light conditions with its Super CCD. I used it along with my Nikon DSLR on a trip to O'ahu and I would say although the Nikon produces photos with richer texture, the Fujifilm does as good a job almost anywhere. The onlything I don't like is its smooth surface, which makes it a little slippery when holding it. It may take a while to get used to the user interface but it's worth it.
